The annual Halloween Fireworks in Richmond will take place at Minoru Park 7191 Granville Avenue Richmond on October 31, 2023. This is a free event that starts at 6:30 PM and ends at 8:45 PM.
The evening includes music, dancing, performers, magicians and jugglers and then concludes with a large fireworks display.
