The Minoru Halloween Fireworks Festival is scheduled for October 31, 2022 at the Minoru Track in Richmond. This all ages event takes place between 6:30-8:45 PM.
The event is free and in an accessible site. The evening will feature performers, magicians, music and dancing. The festival will conclude with a large fireworks display.
