The Steveston Salmon Festival will take place July 1, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This is the 75th anniversary for the event and will include storytelling, demonstrations activities, merchants and performances.
The BBQ at Home has returned this year and you can pre-order your salmon bbq meal kit until June 21st. The ready-to-cook meal kit features fresh salmon and sides.
Visitors in the area can also enjoy the Pacific Rim Kite Festival at Garry Point Park from June 25 to 26. This partner event will include sport kite performances and a kite making workshop tent.
The traditional parade has been replaced with a variety of festival zones spread throughout Steveston. The music and exhibitions will be accessible by foot, bicycle or wheelchair.
