Steveston Village

Steveston is a unique area where you can easily enjoy spending the day. All of the listed are within 10 minutes of each other by car. Even nicer is that most are within walking distance so you can take your time and stroll around the neighbourhood.

Britannia Shipyards
Britannia Shipyards is a national historic site. There are exhibits, historical buildings and boat restoration projects among the things to see.

Gulf of Georgia Cannery
The Cannery is a national historic site. It features exhibits and artifacts of Canada’s West Coast fishing industry from historical to present.

Fisherman’s Wharf
You buy the catch of the day directly from fishing vessels. The Steveston Harbour Authority posts daily availability as well as purchasing tips.

Food and Shopping

Garry Point Park

Along the waterfront there is a network of trails. Walking the Steveston Greenways and the South Dyke Trail will allow you to pass by the many attractions of the area and give you plenty of opportunities for picture taking.
